Located in the Santa Clara area of North Eugene, Rivendell Subdivision, developed and built by Oak Tree Builders, is a new planned neighborhood of 25 acres and approximately 110 specially designed homes which will be completed in a series of phases.

Phase III of Rivendell Subdivision is now available!

There are only 22 lots available in phase III ranging in size from 4,738-10,868 sq/ft with an average lot size of 6,510 sq/ft. The first phase of 19 lots is sold out, and the second phase of an additional 24 lots is sold out, with more phases to follow.

We will be building only 3-6 homes each year in this subdivision. Available homes are priced from the $250,000's to the high 300,000's. Homes Range from approximately 1,500 - 2,500+ square feet.
